Guest house Asar, Ust-Kamenogorsk - the official website of the hotel

We were in early October for one night. It's clean, there's hot water, and the room is warm, even though the heating season hasn't started. You can turn on the air conditioner. We're staying at #Monroe. There is a fridge, kettle, TV. A good price is 3,200 rubles for two people.

09/23/26 On our way from Karaganda, we went to Katon-Karagai, stayed at the Asar hotel. I want to express my deep gratitude to Natalia at the reception, accepted the reservation by phone and waited for us as her relatives, very polite, pleasant. The room had everything you needed, was clean and pleasant. Thank you very much for the coziness and comfort.

Good budget accommodation near the city center Advantages: Everything was perfect and in line with expectations. The room is medium-sized, has a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, SmartTV TV, a small set of dishes and cutlery. The shower cabin is small. The room and the hotel itself are clean and cozy. The WiFi was working well.

A great place, courteous staff, full amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, all the necessary supplies and small things, such as knives or dish detergent. I spent a short time at the hotel, but its high level helped me out at the right time. I recommend. 👍
